Our programs are the beginning of life-long connections
Once students have completed a LAB program, they are warmly welcomed into a community network of LAB alums, with more than 600 members having traveled with Dwight and LAB for over 20 years.
LAB alums often credit the programs with opening their minds to new possibilities. Our community of LAB alums, known as "Dwight Family" after founder Dwight Clark, represents the long-term fruits of these LAB efforts, which hopefully have planted seeds for successful, creative careers and the inspiration to give back and change the world.
Each year an annual gathering brings past participants together to share, learn, and be inspired!
